What is Neurology?

Neurology is the medical specialty that studies, diagnoses, and treats nervous system disorders that affect the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and other neurological elements such as eyes, ears, skin, and other sensory receptors. Neurologists specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and management of conditions and disease involving the nervous systems. In critical cases, our patients of neurological care would receive the highest priority through a smooth and seamless referral process between our neurologists and neurosurgeons. Among the most common conditions treated by neurologists include:
  • Stroke:
